Gibson Southern High School is a
9 – 12 grade consolidated school, which
was completely renovated in 2010 to a
state-of-the-art facility. It currently
houses 685 students. It is located
approximately 20 miles north of
Evansville. The school is a part of the
South Gibson School Corporation and
is very close to several institutions of
higher learning: Oakland City University,
University of Southern Indiana,
University of Evansville,
Vincennes University, Ivy Tech,
ITT Tech, and Harrison College.
80% of the graduates pursue
post-seondary education.
